Not much more to this than what the topic says. As usual, the Wasatch Front Geek/Blogger dinner will be happening today, the fourth Thursday. We’ll be chowing down at the Sweet Tomatoes at 10060 S State St, Sandy, UT. The bombastic bunch of bloggers busying themselves with bulbous bits of bullion gets underway at 6pm.
Also worth noting that the CTO Breakfast will be held next week, Tuesday, October 30th. More information can be found at Phil Windley’s site. Finally, $10 admission for Guy Kawasaki on November 1st is still available.
It may be a little late notice for most people, but I just learned about the first SparkArts Digital Arts Festival, Oct 12-13 at the Salt lake City Main Library. From the description on the organization’s website it will have quite a bit going on:
Welcome to the SparkArts website. SparkArts is an annual Digital Arts Festival, and will be held in Salt Lake City, USA on October 12-13, 2007, in the Salt Lake City library. Admission is free, but you should bring your own computer. We will be composing music, creating computer graphics, writing video games, playing rhythm games, going scavenger hunting, listening to talks, and many other activities.
More coverage can be found on the Salt Lake Tribune website.
