CodeAway is a monthly gathering in the Salt Lake City, Utah area for Entrepreneurs, Web developers, IT people, Bloggers, Designers, and anyone who feels comfortable in “a room full of geeks.”
Each CodeAway lasts four hours, and you can come and go as you please. Food and drinks are available for purchase. There is also Wifi and lots of power strips, so bring your laptop! For those less serious about work, video games are also provided.
This month, we’re bringing Rock Band 2, so be prepared to rock out!

We had a fun time last night at the Utah Geek/Blogger Dinner at Neil’s Halibut. My only regret is forgetting to take a photo of myself.
The biggest discussion we had was about Twitter and Maureen Dowd’s insulting editorial for the Wall Street Journal. We all agreed that Twitter might not be the most stable of companies, but it deserves a little more respect than old media has deigned to give it.

We had a great time at CodeAway this month! After a couple of months of hiatus, I was worried that no one would show up, but we had a great crew come!
